Wordwire Privacy Policy
Publisher: B2 Studio · Last updated: 11 October 2026
This policy explains what information the mobile game Wordwire ("the game") and the services built into it collect, how it is used, and the choices you have. The game is published by B2 Studio ("we", "us").
1. Information you give us
The game has no accounts and does not ask for your name, e-mail address, phone number or other contact details. If you write to us, we receive the e-mail address and the content of your message and use them only to answer you.
2. Information stored on your device
Your progress (levels, stars, Volt balance, settings and purchases you own) is saved locally on your device. It is not sent to us. Uninstalling the game deletes it.
3. Information collected automatically by third-party services
The game uses the following services, which collect information directly from your device under their own privacy policies:
- Unity Analytics (Unity Technologies) – gameplay events (for example levels started and completed, hints used, purchases made in the game), device information (model, operating system, language), an app-specific installation identifier and approximate location derived from the IP address. We use this to understand how the game is played, balance difficulty and fix problems.
- Unity LevelPlay (Unity Technologies) and the advertising networks it works with – the device's advertising identifier, IP address, device information and ad interaction data, used to show ads (including personalised ads where allowed), limit how often you see them, measure them and prevent fraud.
- Google Play Billing / Apple App Store – payments for in-app purchases are processed entirely by Google or Apple. We never receive your card or payment details; we only receive confirmation of which item was bought.
Privacy policies of these providers: Unity, Google, Apple.
4. How the information is used
- to run and improve the game and fix errors,
- to show ads that keep the game free, and
- to deliver in-app purchases.
We do not sell your personal information to anyone.
5. Your choices
- Personalised ads: you can reset your advertising identifier or opt out of ad personalisation in your device settings (Android: Settings → Privacy → Ads; iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking).
- Remove ads: the "No ads" purchase removes interstitial ads.
- Access and deletion: you can ask us to access or delete data connected to your device by writing to the address below; we will forward the request to the service providers concerned. Where the law gives you further rights (for example under the GDPR or the CCPA), you can exercise them the same way.
6. Children
The game is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child under 13 has provided information, contact us and we will help remove it.
7. Security and retention
Information is sent over encrypted connections. Analytics and advertising data are kept by the providers for the periods described in their policies.
8. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
